Point series tool: grouping points based on proximity

Not sure how to make this or even if something similar is already present but I would love a tool that would allow me to group points in point series based on how close they are. If they are x pixels apart then they should be replaced with different point/symbol indicating how many points are being grouped there until the chart is zoomed enough that they would show normaly.

Thank you for your help. I am using TeeChart Pro v2014 VCL / VCL.NET with 100% Source Code in Delphi XE7.
